I replied firstly to Catawiki saying I claimed and Correos did not give me feedback, so parcel probably lost. What can I do?
Ik krijg object pas 4 weken na aankoop. Ik betaald 24 euro voor verzenden maar verkoper is zo erg dat het object niet eens rechtstreeks naar mij maar naar een servicepunt wordt verzonden

To regard someone dishonest must be based on proofs. I fullfiled with my side of the business. Sent albums exactly as described, safely packaged, in short time, arriving good condition. Have you at least once thought sending two albums in one parcel increase the weight and consequently the rates to pay??
