For this fifth edition of the "Extreme Series" collection, heading to Barbados. The opportunity to go back in time thanks to three handpicked expressions. These nuggets, from the West Indies Rum Distillery, are representative of the incredible diversity of its rums and production methods. And to give an even more "Bajan" touch, each bottling is illustrated by Alex Mars, a local artist.
The Barbade 2007 expression, spicy and elegant, benefited from a first tropical aging of 2 years followed by a continental aging of 12 years (including 2 years in Ferrand barrels).
