Nº 89853225
This work is an abstract interpretation of a painting by Jean-Honoré Fragonard. Inspired by his masterful use of light and color, the characteristic elements of his Rococo scenes have been reimagined and translated into a modern, abstract visual language. Egg tempera was intentionally chosen as the medium to enhance the luminosity and depth of the colors, adding a new layer of expressive quality to the original piece.
The artistic style deftly merges elements of abstraction with a touch of realism, resulting in a captivating balance between chaos and clarity. While embracing abstraction, the depiction maintains a sense of recognizable form, offering viewers an intriguing blend of fluidity and structure. It is a delicate interplay between chaos and clarity within this captivating composition.
Important note: The work will be shipped rolled in a tube without wooden frame.

„Hannah Bielecki paints, draws, cuts, irritates… she presents color fields just to cover them up in transparency within the next second. She creates narration and objects in abstraction to tell a story that can only grow in the beholders eye and perception. The color palette she uses is somewhere between a dark reverie and neon bright drama, which she enlightens with points of light. She uses a lot of color but is never arbitrary. The paintings are appear dynamic, but nothing happens by accident.
the viewer is challenged to fathom the painting. The eye doesn’t get a chance to rest.
As soon as you have grasped the composition, colour, motive, you are attracted by a hidden layer, which in turn eludes all views and calls everything previously recognized into question." (Lisa Schorr, Galerie Haus zum Stein)
