Franklin Mint offers its collectors a wide range of pre-war and post-war models as well as classic cars /youngtimers. In contrast to other manufacturers who require around 40 individual parts for an entire model car and which are predominantly made of plastic, the Franklin Mint precision models consist of up to 300 individual parts and are made with the finest materials. A lot of the work steps are done by hand. You can clearly see and feel this difference in quality. The models are heavier and have a better feel.
