Mediocre item, very sloppy packaging, arrived in a simple paper bag and a plastic pouch. Unacceptable quality for an international shipment.

I never received the item and do not get a response on my mail!

Buongiorno la borsa è arrivata come da descrizione, ma puzzava di fumo e di sporco. Inoltre oltre il pagamento di 45 euro di spedizione la posta mi ha chiesto altri 8.62 centesimi per lasciare il pacc

1 Bag arrived. I am writing them since last month. 2 Items were sent back, they recommended i buy another 1 and send the 2 items with it. Nothing received and no response from the seller til now.

This bag is sold as a Chloé bag but is a counterfeit. The description said it was missing 2screws, but in fact it was the plate with the ring for the padlock that came separately and I had to glue it!
