Scorpions – Best Of Scorpions (Japan Cover 1 st Press ) Best of Scorpions is a compilation album by German heavy metal band Scorpions. It was released in the United States on November 17, 1979. The record features songs from their albums between Fly to the Rainbow and Taken by Force. The original German edition of the cover featured an image of a scorpion stabbing a naked girl in the hip. The Japanese edition includes an alternate cover showing a naked woman's buttocks. The cover of the 1984 US re-release featured an image of a man wearing a leather jacket and a scorpion necklace.
