Jean Valentin, Grande Vallée - Champagne, Sélection Grande Valle Brut - 1 Magnum (1,5 L)
Splendid Magnum from a famous vigneron Jean Valentin, the three classic varieties are present, 40% of the grapes are Pinot Meunier, mostly intended to give the bouquet of the more immediate wines, 33% Pinot Noir, thanks to which body is obtained and power, and 27% Chardonnay, which gives finesse and longevity. No chemical fertilizers are used in order to preserve all the typical characteristics of the different terroirs of origin. This domaine is family-run and all processes are still conducted strictly by hand or with minimal use of simple machinery. Each variety is vinified separately and then assembled once the various coupages of the different cuvees have been made, all done, as they say, strictly "by nose". Then, after bottling, the champagne is finally stored for a minimum of 30 months in a small traditional cellar. All bottles are manually turned (remouage). Thanks to these particular storage and vinification conditions, champagne acquires a special roundness and balance while reducing excess acidity at the same time. label. Intact capsules, colors and levels as in fotos.
The purchase of rare and aged distillates and spirits represents an emotion that is not easily described. Owning a small piece of "alcoholic" history of a State is enough for an enthusiast or collector. This includes the possibility that the bottle in question, whether it is wine, grappa, cognac, brandy, whiskey, etc., is not perfect for an excellent tasting(but always possible) and therefore only represents a beautiful collector's item.
Due to the laws that prohibit the sale of alcohol between private individuals in some European countries, I reserve the right to verify this prohibition before shipping.
Due to the rules that impose a tax on the entry of alcohol into some European countries, such as Sweden for example, we will communicate the value of the excise duties to be paid before shipping. Thanks for understanding.
