This is a Hizen-yaki"* vase showing the quaint texture The gold-beige glaze is low-key yet elegant, simple but not simple。 size:9*dia21cm *Bizen-yaki It is using clay taken from rice paddies with high iron content and fired continuously for 10 to 14 days at a high temperature of 1,200 degrees Celsius, consuming about 10 tonnes of red pine wood fuel, the ceramic surface takes on a rich and natural variation of colours.and using the ash from the red pine wood firing to adhere to the surface of the ceramic vessel, which is fused into a grass ash glaze at a high temperature to produce uniquely varied patterns. .The strong reddish taste of the ware, which is hardened by oxidising firing without any glaze, and the unmistakable patterns produced by the 'kiln change' process are its distinctive features. It is said that the more you use it, the more it tastes good, and although it is not flashy, it is characterized by the fact that you never get tired of it Antique items have originally crease, stain, damage, and more.
