Up for auction is a nice and rare april 1944 dated official US Army Pocket Guide to the cities / areas of Southern France, as issued to US troops invading this area in the summer of 1944. This interesting and decorative US Army book gives insights into the French culture and the different Southern France topographic regions, so that the US soldier / paratrooper would be familiar with the environment, including maps. The book has some minor wear, but otherwise in good condition for its age.
A rare pocket guide that will be a great piece for your WW2 collection!

Exactly, as mentioned in the description: '' NOTE: in the US section some insignia photo's were cut out (see attached photo's).'', so with photo's added. How could it possible be more clear?
Heel snel geleverd. Object was ook goed verpakt. Object zelf (kompas uit WO II) was precies zoals omschreven. Prachtig stuk.
