BRANCAIA TRE COLLECTION by YEJI JUN The Brancaia Collection is the latest project by the Brancaia and shows TRE wine from a new perspective. The limited edition with six different labels has the aim to combine art and wine, both very important for the brand. For Brigitte and Bruno Widmer's 80th birthday, they wanted to give them something unique, which reflects both their history and their vision of Brancaia as a family business, today and tomorrow. With the purchase of the Brancaia estate in 1981, Brigitte and Bruno laid the foundations of the company and a new family history: their dream was to produce high quality wines in Tuscany and create something that would live and thrive in the family for as many generations as possible. Bruno has worked for many years, and successfully, in the world of advertising. This explains his affinity with design and the unmistakable Brancaia label that his agency created over 30 years ago. After so many years, the essential design of the label is still modern, elegant and timeless, just like Brancaia wines. The images in this Brancaia Collection are the work of the South Korean artist, Yeji Jun. His interpretation of the Brancaia label shows something subconscious, dreamlike, with vivid, playful images of intense colours. Jun says of herself: «In my work, I am able to express and share my daydreams and very personal details. Meanings, thoughts, emotions, impulses, vulnerabilities, together with my dreams, manage to bring a very rich visual experience.»
