malheureusement, je n'ai aucune influence sur le fonctionnement de la poste locale ! Les œuvres d'art sont très bien emballées (voir mes évaluations), mais si un dommage survient pendant le transport, c'est la faute de la poste. Si vous m'envoyez des photos du tableau et de l'emballage, vous recevrez un remplacement. Comme on peut le lire dans la description de Catawiki, ils ont été priés de ne pas accepter les envois postaux visiblement endommagés ! En tout cas, ce n'est pas une raison pour une évaluation négative ! Avec mes meilleures salutations Luc Best
Item as described, quick shipment from abroad. Only DHL didn't leave a notice by mail that they brought my package to a pick-up point. Luckely I could find out with track & trace to which one.
Voir la traductionLe Print est magnifique et bien emballé et expédition rapide .Vendeur bien. Le transporteur a mis bien reçu mais l’a laissé devant la porte….ce qui n’était pas bien du tout car risque d’être volé.
