These beautiful knives were produced in a small limited series in the early 2000s. The knives in this series were assembled by hand and refined in different ways with 24 carat gold and 925 sterling silver. The shape of the knife fits very well in the hand and feels very valuable. The eagle heads on the knives are designed and finished differently on each machine. The frame around the Harley Bike picture is decorated with 925 sterling silver. On the right side of the handle there is a Harley Davisdon logo which is also different for each of these models. The model name of the Harley shown is etched on the stainless steel blade. The knives can be placed open or closed in the display case as an eye-catcher.
