caro Ennio, qual'è il senso di effettuare ordini, pagarli, e poi lasciare simili commenti? Avresti potuto contattarmi per chiedere di trovare una soluzione, avresti potuto aprire un reclamo a Catawiki, in qualche modo avremmo trovato una soluzione sicuramente... Avresti potuto fare un sacco di cose con del buon gusto...e invece no, hai deciso di lasciare non solo un feedback negativo me bensì due... Spero sia di tuo gradimento il vino che hai ricevuto, perfettamente imballato e consegnato nei tempi previsti. Lo spero davvero perchè facciamo di tutto per accontentare i nostri clienti, è il nostro lavoro. E i feedback come questo, distruggono il lavoro costruito negli anni.
