Good morning, Did the wine arrive in good condition? YES Did the shipment arrive on time? YES Would you have been happier if you had received 3 split packages? NO Sorry but I really don't understand what difference it makes. And then there is a chat, it is possible to open complaints... what is the point of this feedback?

You never received the bottle because the courier evidently lost or stole it. If you don't receive the bottle, you are not charged and the order will be cancelled, I am the one who loses the bottle money. So you can blame me and leave me negative feedback if it makes you feel better but unfortunately I can't do anything about it, as I have already done in private messages I apologize again for the inconvenience. Since sellers are rated by the platform for negative feedback, it would be helpful to file a complaint with Catawiki in these cases instead of feedback like this. I send you greetings
