Château Bellevue de Tayac is located in Soussans in the prestigious Margaux appellation.
The particularity of this vineyard is the vast majority of Merlot (70% of the vineyard).
This grape variety flourishes fully in the clayey subsoil of the estate. Located on the 3rd terraces of the appellation which represent one of the most beautiful terroirs of this AOC, Château Bellevue de Tayac reveals a combination of great finesse and power.
The nose is intense with toasted bread and very ripe blackcurrant.
On the palate the wine is creamy, with density and a very pleasant fresh dimension.
Good length with fleshy and ripe tannins.
Exceptional.
