This specific book is compiled of works by a photographer Andre de Dienes, who is most famous for pictures of Marilyn Monroe. Andre is one of the pioneers in erotic photography. Just like Helmut Newton he often felt constrained in fashion industry pf the time, resulting in such amazing creative takes. His works can be seen pure, imaginative, yet direct, focusing on the beauty idols of that time, often in natural environments. This particular book was printed in Switzerland in 1965, as part of the “beauty and nature” series. It includes introduction in 4 languages and is a great example of swiss-printed literature. Even after all of this time, traveling from Thiele to Berlin, and likely somewhere in between, it is in great condition. Pages are free from marks, notes and discoloration. Covers have little to no signs of use, binding is stiff as if the book was new, the book has no smell and so on. I am offering it for sale, because I am changing a focus slightly and this books seems to be out of place in my collection.
