The Kodak Professional DCS 520/ Canon EOS-1n was groundbreaking when it was launched in 1998 and set a new standard for digital SLR cameras at the time.
I bought it in 2003 and have used it semiprofessionally. Although it may seem a bit outdated today, it still manages to impress with its build quality, fast autofocus and user-friendly features. For those looking for a robust, professional camera at a reasonable price, the Kodak Professional DCS 520/ Canon EOS-1n is a bargain.
Despite the old technology, the camera can still deliver impressive images and is therefore a good investment as both a collector's item and a practical tool.
