Difficult and dishonest. Failed to honour initial promise to resolve an issue amicably. Now has the cheek to lie when his item is back with him (I have proof). Never paid for return shipping.

I promised to solve the issue and from your side it IS solved: Catawiki has refunded your money. But from my side it looks bleak: you have not returned the item. So you have the money AND the object, but you still complain? I can only shake my head over so much insolence. -- And no, I have not received the item. That "proof" I'd like to see! It's usually liars who blame others to lie.
