171works Japan shop announced delivery by DHL or Japon Post. I have organized the payment last year, since 25 days but the lot did not arrive. I am so sad.

I apologize for the inconvenience. This time, the shipment was sent via Japan Post, so please contact your local post office for further assistance. Due to the year-end and New Year's holidays, as well as the high volume of Christmas and New Year gift shipments, there have been significant delays in the delivery of parcels.
