nice packaging and nice product. My only complaint is slow shipping. Express shipping is not available.

You only asked about express shipping when the parcel had already been on its way for 4 days. Of course express shipping is possible. But you have to ask for it before dispatch. Also, 2 weeks from Germany to Turkey is not a very bad result. Even if you call it slow shipping. Maybe some people in Turkey are impatient like you? Next time ask for express shipping BEFORE shipping, not after. Best regards to Turkey and the beautiful city of Istanbul
