Nose: rolling tobacco, old varnish with aromatic cinnamon dusted dried fruit and candied lemon peel/ A whiff of eucalyptus - somewhat reminiscent of a dry madeira
Mouth/Palate: hydrated to approx. 40% yields a sweet, toffee apple with rich vanilla and caramel balanced dy dry, bitter woody tannins
Finish: wafts of smoke and spice emerge in the still toffee influenced mocha coffee, wood finish
