At 21 years old, an elegant single malt whisky with a dark amber color.
Aroma: complex sherry and fruit aromas, with almonds and some dark chocolate
Taste: the sherry cask influence is clear - notes of ripe, dark cherries and plums, with almonds again, some cocoa and a light heather spice
Finish: very long, soft finish with an elegant, light sweetness with clear sherry and dark chocolate
