This ecosystem creates a uniform climate: sunny and dry, which favors the production of complex and long lived wines. The bouquet features ripe strawberry, rose petal, sweet spices, sage, and anise. Surprisingly open and long, while supported by beautiful acidity, soft tannins, and great structure. Perfect for a celebration, roasted or grilled red meats, game, venison, stewed wild boar, excellent with mature cheeses. The estate has produced this bottling since 1892!

Katso käännösNiet goed bewaard, waarschijnlijk niet in constante temperatuur. Erg zonde, toch veel geld als de wijnen naar kurk smaken en ruiken. Verkoper laat nu ook niet meer van zich horen. Jammer!!
