If I didn't accept the refund it's only because your excuse isn't true at all! the color is exactly as shown in the photo and as specified in the description (camel color as shown on the maison's website!). he texted me as soon as he received the item literally telling me he loved it. he contacted me again after a few days to tell me that the color was not the same (which was not true). what is the truth? cordially
