also be folded using small cuts along folding lines, eliminating the need for specialised
bending machines. Freed from the limitations of bending machines, new design possibilities
open up. Different proportions as well as curved and organic lines become possible. Rather
than cutting simple dotted lines, Myeonga Seo developed decorative demarcations. The cuts become three dimensional by folding, giving an ornamental look to the edges. Industrial metal fabrication, digital design tools and laser cutting come together to propose new craft possibilities.
