A great vintage of Trévallon to be enjoyed before 2030.

The dress of this 2005 Trévallon really does not make his age. Ruby dress with very slightly « tuilés » reflections. The nose shows a significant concentration of very ripe red fruits of summer typical strawberry/ raspberry. At the opening, it is the terroir of Provence that takes over with more vegetal notes of aromatic herbs. The palate is straight, balanced and well structured. The tannins are fine and elegant in a Bordeaux style.
Eye: deep ruby robe
Nose: fruity, then on a hint of herbs from Provence
Mouth: powerful and voluminous. Imposing and complex tannins. Finish on ripe red fruit.
Vinification: without destemming, without raising and without sulphur
Ageing: 24 months in casks and barrels. Collage with fresh egg white, no filtration for bottling
History of wine: kept in the cellar at 13°C and 83% humidity
Drinking from 2016 and before 2030

Serve in a carafe at 16°C. Open 1 or 2 hours before.
