Wines as advertised. Delivery by UPS was horrible: they did not ring the doorbell. Simply dropped the package on the other side of the fence from a height of 1.5 meters. Parcel was marked as "wine"!

False. Buyer carelessness. The buyer did not communicate that he was away on vacation so the product was shipped. The courier tried to deliver it twice. Then he returned. I am waiting for the payment of the new shipping costs to be able to ship the package again.

In asta sono state correttamente indicate le condizioni di spedizione. Era anche indicato in maniera visibile che non è possibile garantire dopo così tanti anni il contenuto. Legga prima di acquistare
Bottle was seeping when it arrived. I contacted the seller who was sorry but only wanted to give a 1/3 refund as a voucher to buy other bottles. When I refused, I was accused of black-mail. Very weird

Even though the transaction didn’t go through as planned the seller was always communicating. ZERO stars to UPS who were outright lying and ZERO stars to Catawiki due to lack of communication.
