Response to this Austrian buyer: This buyer is telling lie indeed and his comment is untrue. In fact, we had shipped him an authentic and original Rolex watch - stainless steel, manual hand winding watch under the “Customised Rolex Watches” category approved by the Catawiki. However, he said he received a plastic quarz watch. It is totally ridiculous, criminal action and blackmail: he wants to steal our authentic Rolex watch and wants to have money back – double benefits. We have seen this criminal in the Catawiki before. Don’t trust this buyer. If you see our previous reviews, you must know the answer. This guy is horrible, criminal and terrible frankly speaking. Very dirty!!!

In fact, this is an excellent Tudor watch which keeps very good timing, accurate and everything is in good order. We checked, inspected and cleaned the movement before shipping to the buyer. Definitely the watch was fully serviced in July 2024 by a professional watchmaker. Otherwise the movement is not so clean. This is an automatic watch, there is no need to wind the watch every time. 100% no problem for the watch. We have 100% good reviews by all buyers for us except this buyer. If you see our other reviews, you must know the correct answer. Trust us please!!!
