Zie in uw feedback dat 1 lp niet voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Was fijn geweest als u mij dat had laten weten en we hadden kunnen overleggen hoe we dit oplossen. Catawiki zegt hierover: Wat moet ik doen als mijn object is afgeleverd en niet voldoet aan de beschrijving? Is je object is geleverd en voldoet het niet aan de omschrijving, of vermoed je dat het niet authentiek is neem dan binnen 3 dagen na ontvangst contact met ons op (de leverdatum wordt vastgelegd via de track & trace). Daarnaast is het belangrijk om de verkoper te contacteren en je bedenkingen te delen, in een poging om tot een gemeenschappelijke oplossing te komen. Voeg in het bericht aan de verkoper alsjeblieft foto's toe die je bedenkingen ondersteunen en helpen in het uitleggen van het probleem.
