The storage conditions for these wines have always been perfect as you can see from the levels and overall bottle condition. Unfortunately these things can happen, some wines survive and some wines just don't. Make sure to open another delicious bottle to sip away the sadness. Cheers!

Hi Audrey, sorry to hear that the packaging does not meet your desires. The wooden case is indeed without the top lid/cover. This is also why I presented the pictures of the wine case without the top lid (see pictures of the auctioned lot). Thanks for the feedback though: for future auctions I will highlight it also in the text description. As for the packaging: to give the parcel as much protection as needed, I used a lot of strong carton surrounding the wooden case so that the wines are safe. That might not be the most pretty looking way but the wines were packed very well protected this way. Which is most important to me as a sender. I also used tape and a strong carton box surrounding the wooden case to keep it and the wines protected and closed. As for the quality of the wines: they have always been kept in a climatized, humidity-controlled professional cellar so that is nothing to worry about from that perspective either. Since the wines have arrived safely: enjoy them! Cheers
