Although rosé is perfect in summer, it is also ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate Mediterranean dishes. It has a beautiful pink color and a fine and delicate bouquet. On the palate it expresses subtle notes of small red berries, pulpy white fruits (peach), citrus fruits (pomelo, blood orange), floral hints and sweet spices. This cuvée, fresh and harmonious, can be paired with simple dishes such as an aperitif with tapenade, goat cheese and cured meats or drunk during a meal based on fish and summer vegetable gratin.
