Unique 1950's Original Art Deco/Vintage Theatre Spotlight - Converted into a designer floor lamp for domestic use.

This iconic example of British Design was manufactured by the Strand Lighting Company in their Covent Garden works in London's West End.

This Strand 23 Profile Spotlight - also known as the "Baby-Spot" was one of the workhorses of the Theatre Industry from the 1950's till the 1980's.

Regrettably, most have been lost or destroyed and the few survivors represent rare examples of this Original British design classic.

The Spotlight has been perfectly polished to a bright mirror finish and is approximately
20cmH x 20cmW x 30cmL and is mounted on a modern/vintage style, fully adjustable wooden tripod stand. (Height up to 1.56mtr.)

The Spotlight is supplied with a 60w/E27 Wiz Smart LED bulb which has a selection of colour/dimmer choices that can be remotely controlled by a mobile phone App, to easily adjust the lighting to any mood.

Lastly the spotlight has a UK PAT Tested Certificate and supplied with a UK 3amp plug
and 3 mtrs of black cable.

This brings the Spotlight right up to date and will make a feature in any room.
