1967 Domaine de la Romanée-Conti - La Tâche Grand Cru - 1 Pullo (0.75L)

Domaine de la Romanée-Conti located in the municipality of Vosne-Romanée, in Bourgogne, is one of the most prestigious wineries in the world.

The domaine takes its name from the most famous vineyard on the property, a 1.81-hectare Grand Cru from which one of the most sought-after and desired pinot noirs on the planet comes, of which only about 6,000 bottles are produced annually.

The history of the winery dates back to the 19th century, when Jacques-Marie Duvault-Blochet bought the Romanée-Conti vineyard and bequeathed it after his death to his great-grandchildren. Today, DRC – as the domaine is commonly known – is co-owned by the Villaine and Leroy families, Jacques-Marie's first successors.

The winery has 25 hectares of vineyards, all Grands Crus. In addition to the mythical monopole already mentioned, they are also sole owners of La Tâche, along with iconic plots in the Grands Crus of Richebourg, Romanée-Saint-Vivant, Grands Échezeaux, Échezeaux and Le Montrachet. They mainly make reds with Pinot Noir, although they also produce three Chardonnay whites.
