Caratteristiche: al naso è compatto con richiami di ribes nero, grafite e tocchi di geranio. Al palato è estremamente fresco con tannini salati ed agrumati. The body is full with wild blackberry flavors with silky tannins and a long, savory finish with chocolate powder flavors in the finish. Ideal with first courses and red meats such as hare and wild boar. Produced in only 2000 bottles by the master winemaker Michel Rolland.
