A fine solid silver mustard pot and its spoon, standing on four feet for a height of circa 9.5cm and weighing 123g, the waisted body and hinged lid guilloche decorated with dotted horizontal lines around a medallion, each foot adorned with a tulip under a palm leaf, the interior gilded. Stamped to the underside with "800" assay mark and GD maker´s initials. Probably Belgian, mid 19th century.
Condition: Very good, no significant damages or repairs. Miniscule dent to the base rim visible on photo number 8 at the far right. Minor wear commensurate with age.
This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
