Wij controleren echter elk artikel afzonderlijk om er zeker van te zijn dat het in goede staat verkeert. Desalniettemin accepteren we dat uw armband mogelijk een probleem heeft gehad met het scharnier dat door onze collega over het hoofd is gezien. Wij zouden willen dat u rechtstreeks contact met ons had opgenomen om het probleem net zo eenvoudig op te lossen als een retourzending/terugbetaling. In plaats daarvan droeg je het en, nadat het kapot ging, liet je een negatieve recensie achter zonder contact met ons op te nemen.
