The artist's book, self-published by the author Ludovica Bastianini, looks like a modern photographic diary, about the very harsh first Italian Quarantine of 2020. The work has been published and shared on L'Espresso Magazine; on online conferences by Renata Ferri, Photo Editor of Io Donna, who underlined the beauty and novelty of the different visual narrative solutions experimented in these pages; on ICP New York and Fotodemic. It won the FIRST PRIZE at the International Symposium of Photography in Nida, Lithuania, where the artist was invited to give a public talk in September 2021. Finalist in the selection of the 100 at the prestigious FOAM Talent 2020, the project received Honorable Mentions at the IPA Awards, the London Creative Competition and the Budapest Foto Awards. In 2021 the project had a Solo Exhibition at the Correale Museum in Sorrento and in 2022 the book was included as a work of art in the global international exhibition CIVILIZATION, at the prestigious San Domenico Museums in Forlì, curated by William A. Ewing and Holly Roussell. The book is available in a very limited edition (only 100 copies) signed, numbered and with a small manual intervention by the artist in each book.
