Très réactif. Colis reçu super vite. Seul petit hic les couleurs des coussins sur photos ne correspondent pas toujours aux couleurs réelles mais la qualité est là. Je recommande.

Article conforme au descriptif, quelques traces de décoloration des broderies sur tissu blanc non spécifiées , minimes mais trop visibles. Du coup le pouf a été vendu car cela me gênait

We take pictures in as much sunlight as possible. However, no matter how hard we try, some colors may change depending on the angle we hold the camera at the time the picture is taken.
All was perfect: item was exactly as expected and very carefully packed, and delivery was fast.
Carpet was well packed but presents some noticeable stains due to colour bleedind (red). I'll keep it (low price paid doesn't justify the hassle of returning it), but the condition is poor.
