    Hi, for some reason I can't reply in our conversation anymore. As communicated in our conversation, the process of the mail for an official enquiry into a lost package takes a lot of time. They give themselves up to eight weeks. During this time the only option is to wait, as parcels do usually show up somehow. I finally received word this morning. The parcel was officially lost. I have informed Catawiki and asked them to provide you with a full refund. During this process I have tried to keep you up to date and provide you with clear information. Although I completely understand your frustration I am still a bit disappointed with this review. We take full responsibility for what happens in the mail, but ultimately issues there are beyond our control. Kind regards

    The item is absolutely not in good condition as announced. Poor maintenance: soldered two times at the handle by an amateur. Disappointing, main part is almost separated from the handle - broken!!!
