These sensual and enigmatic ladies are "The Flowers", drawn by Alphonse Mucha in his studio on the Rue du Val de Grâce, Paris, in 1898. The original poster was published by the F. Champenois printing house, Paris. One of the many allegorical representations by Alphonse Mucha in the Art Nouveau style. Wall mirrors with the original frames (wood with golden details). In this series personifying four flowers, Mucha uses a naturalistic style with minimal stylisation. In 8 years of collecting Mucha Vintage mirrors I have only managed to complete this collection twice. Alphonse Mucha used models such as Sarah Bernhardt, Leslie Carter, Mademoiselle Giselle, Bertha Lavergne, etc...
