Fan Ho was one of the most famous photographers in Hong Kong.
Moving to Hong Kong from Shanghai in 1949, he photographed the streets of Hong Kong and the daily lives of its inhabitants in the 1950s and 1960s, during its economic transformation. He often composed his photographs with geometric compositions and unique textures, creating a sense of
atmosphere through the play of shadows and lights.
This portfolio consists of six photographs, which are:

•As Evening Hurries By.
•Dream of Old Hong Kong.
•Crossboat.
•Whitty street Diary.
On the back of each photo there is the stamp of the studio Benrido, which certifies its authenticity.
