This was introduced in Onkyo's famous R1 Series as a high-end CD player and was sold for 650 Deutsch Marks at the time of launch. Hi there, just use a bit of contact cleaner. Remove the knob and spray contact cleaner and it will be fine. corrosion on the variable resistors / potentiometer is common phenomenon on vintage equipmen
