First you have to know that this copy is normally not for sale ; this is a special publication distributed only to registered members as a research for Ukiyo-e research ( it's noted at the back of the booklet. They have been edited for Universities, Reseach Institutes or University Library. Only 300 copies , hardback book with blue cloth cover with a booklet 8 pages with commentaies on each plate, a complete biography of the artist , Kiyokata Kaburaji ( 1878-1972) , a very huge artist , painter, Utagawa's school, specialist for the women's portraits, well-known for his delicatacy of his work , His original works did always high prices in auctions, very sought after. 12 plates, 36,5 x 25 cm The book & the booklet are excellent, all contained in the original card slipcase ( with 2 tapes one the spine, one is an old reference and the number 3 , its number in the serie) , a very slight bump on one corner.
