A lovely antique Chinese porcelain teapot with a central decoration of overglaze ‘Amsterdams bont’ with flower baskets and fishermen in a mountainous landscape over a magnificent typical Kangxi landscape with a lot of florals, Chrysanthemum and Peonies. In the border a classical decoration of geometrical and floral patterns. Handcrafted in ancient China during the Qing dynasty, late Kangxi period (ca. 1720). Guaranteed original and of the stated period, including original lid which is attached to the pot with a silver chain. Length: 18,8 centimeter. Condition: The pot and lid are in good/fair condition, some shallow flakes and glaze deterioration, the top of the sprout is restored. No hairlines.
