A mixed lot of 4 pages of Falkland Islands and Dependencies stamps, Mint and Used. First page has 16 mounted mint from the 1938 to 1950 series, including the rarer 5+2/6 +1 shillings and 8 used examples, all in very good condition. Page 2 is a selection of 32 Falkland Islands Denpendencies stamps from the 1946 to 1949 series, mainly mounted mint. Page 3 is an example with enlarged photocopy image of the error extra dot in T of postage from the same series as page 2. Page 4 includes a page of 12 stamps, 3 on cover, 2 on part covers, showing either the "South Georgia" , or "Falkland Islands Dependendency" Cancellations on pre 1952 Falkland Island stamps. Of particular interest is the very late usage of an Edward VIII 1d Red (SG117) which was only issued between 1929 to 1933, but here on a part cover has a full clear Dependency cancellation dated 17/4/1945!
