An archaic glass bead talisman with Buddha's Eye from the ancient Himalayan, Tibetan-Nepalese culture.
Second Millennium AD.
In good condition. It has been cleaned , but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand forming, cutting, carving, grinding and boring. The holes are ancient, hand-made, irregular. Traces of use and age on its surface.
Purchased mid 90's in Katmandu by Dr. Zelnik on the local art market.
