This lot features an amazing 12 field 2-peghole animation drawing from what is considered by many to be one of Mickey's greatest early shorts, directed by David Hand (1900 - 1986) and released on 6/13/1933. Mickey braves the elements and, even more dangerous, the mail thief Pete in his run-down plane. This wonderful drawing features the dastardly Pete as he chases after pilot Mickey and the treasure he's delivering. The detailed drawings can be found at about 6:17 as he tethers Mickey with a rope.
Very Good condition, with minor handling and edge wear, including minor age-related toning.
