Dank voor uw terugkoppeling. Excuses dat er blijkbaar iets mis is gegaan met de productomschrijving. Het betreft idd een shirt met dubbelmanchet. U mag het natuurlijk terugsturen dan zullen wij uw aankoopbedrag terugstorten. Voor de volgende keer is het wellicht praktischer als u ons een bericht stuurt zodat wij het voor u kunnen oplossen, voordat u een negatieve review plaatst. Daarnaast kost een Borrelli shirt regulier retail tussen de 300 en 400 euro, u betaalde 25 euro. Lijkt mij ondanks de de verkeerde productomschrijving een koopje!

Jammer dat het te klein valt. Het is echt een XL zoals het label vermeld. Wij hebben u aangeboden het terug te sturen tegen volledige restitutie van uw aankoopbedrag, helaas blijkt in uw bericht dat u het inmiddels als cadeau heeft weggegeven.
