I did not set up combined shipping and clearly stated this both in the description and in the shipping section on Catawiki. ↓ After the auction, the buyer arrogantly demanded adjustments, which I refused for the reasons mentioned above. ↓ then posted negative reviews with the same content. Such a person is not qualified to evaluate me. Indeed, there is room for improvement in how I sell. I will consider implementing ways to reduce shipping costs in the future.

Make childishly low ratings noises like that, If it makes you feel better, do what you want. Your arguments are 'one-sided' and 'justification' is non-existent. If I had said, "If you bid on two items at the same time, we will always ship them in one box, and furthermore, we will refund the shipping costs in some way", If I had written even a single word in the description and that was the response, I would be on my knees in the traditional Japanese way.
