In tutte le mie inserzioni c'è scritto quanto segue: Notare che: Le foto sono scattate con luce fredda, non utilizzo filtri, ma a volte possono differire un po' dalla realtà. E tenete conto anche delle misure e del peso quando si tratta di pietre piccole, le foto sono ingrandite per vederle meglio e in tutti i dettagli. In all my listings it says the following: Please note: The photos are taken with cold light, I do not use filters, but sometimes they can differ a little from reality. And also take into account the measurements and weight when it comes to small stones, the photos are enlarged to see them better and in all the details.

Belle bague, 3 semaines pour arriver et c'est une bague déjà utilisée, ce n'était pas précisé.

Tout d’abord, la bague n’est pas d’occasion, elle n’est pas utilisée, je vends uniquement des bijoux neufs aux enchères, je ne vous permettrai pas d’insinuer une telle inexactitude. Deuxièmement, quelle faute ai-je s’il arrive un peu tard ? Nous sommes dans la période d'avant les vacances, et tous les coursiers, y compris la poste, sont surchargés de travail, j'envoie à tout le monde en recommandé avec suivi, certains arrivent plus vite que d'autres, ce n'est certainement pas de ma faute. Et finalement, elle a gagné une bague de 20,00 €, cela m'a coûté beaucoup plus cher, j'ai même perdu, mais ce n'est que mon problème et certainement pas le vôtre. Et au lieu d’être heureuse, elle se permet d’écrire ces choses inexactes sur moi. Mais tu sais quoi ? Pour moi, ce sont 99% des retours positifs qui comptent, et pas ces très rares retours neutres ou négatifs. Cela dit, je vous souhaite un joyeux Noël

The sellers must give adequate information on the item - the true dimensions of the pendent are 8 mm x 16 mm including the bail! I can not recommend this seller!

In all my listings I write the measurements of the pendant writing including the Hook. I apologize for forgetting it in this listing, certainly not out of dishonesty, or to defraud Catawiki buyers. My Feedback shows that I am a correct and honest seller. The judgment and advice that this buyer gives speaks for itself, he is evidently a kind-hearted person, also very human......... The exact measurements are 19 x 9 x 6.2 mm (including the hook) that I forgot to include unfortunately.
